Hey there,Caitlin Alejandre is a Mexican-American artist + illustrator. In May 2022, she graduated from Northern Illinois University and received a Bachelor of Fine Arts with an emphasis in Illustration.
Alejandre’s work involves playful imagery filled with fun characters and peculiar details. Caitlin combines natural scenes with unnatural elements to create a balance between reality and fantasy. She is inspired by the wonderful and weird world we live in and shows this through her art. Alejandre’s focus is on character design, picture book illustrations, and design art. Caitlin works with traditional and digital mediums and has experience with 3D digital sculpting and 2D animation. With a love for the outdoors, Alejandre spends her free time in nature hiking, kayaking, and critter watching. |
